What You Should Know About a Panic Attack

Have you found yourself dreading about your existence and fearing death while your heart races and you can not calm down? Has a sudden flash of negative emotions preoccupied your thoughts in a second, leaving you sweaty, shaking and dizzy? Have you felt so scared, all of a sudden, that you thought you might go crazy right there at that moment?

Then, you have experienced a panic attack. Do not worry, you are not alone. A panic attack is your organism's response to an incorrectly interpreted "threat". Many everyday situations represent stressors for people and can be "read" as "threats" in the person's mind, consequently resulting in various responses, depending on the person.
The good news is, you can learn how to control it, or at least decrease its occurrence.
